So where permitted by law I would assume excludes those who live in states that made employer mandates illegal? How many deaths, serious adverse reactions and subsequent medical losses have they had or do they hide that?

The state you choose to live in has no impact on UPS’ ability to make a pilot get vaccinated. The debate over whether the vaccine is a positive or negative is separate. If you are looking to get hired here, odds are you will have to be vaccinated. You don’t have to like it or agree with it. You are just an hourly sweaty, they really don’t care what you think.
I don’t believe there is a debate anymore, however there are legal paths, and interpretations by HR and management alike. |

State, federal issues is another deal. As we have seen with United, you will be fired as a pilot if you refuse vaccination, and unfortunately this type of employment mandate is being held up in court. |

That's misleading. UPS does not currently have a mandate for current pilots. No pilot has been fired at UPS for no having a vaccine.

There is a bill in Kentucky that was pre filed that if passed would prohibit employers from implementing these useless mandates. Also, several courts have struck down the federal contractor mandate which is the excuse these companies were using in the past to justify policy mandating the MRNA/AAV injections. While it’s disgusting that this has even reached this point it will be sadly interesting to see how this all shakes out.

I interviewed. Informed them I had Title V Exemption at current employer. Was offered Accommodation. Filled out requested documents. Was denied and interview conclusion was TBNT.

Haha if “culture” is something you care about you will hate working for UPS. Might as well save yourself some time and not apply.
