A single data point/experience here but…March interview, one week to the day later, received CJO and class date via phone call. Next day received an overnight delivery with paperwork and an email with remainder of paperwork including a letter confirming class date. Late April availability.

Thanks for the insight. I’ll sit patiently and wait. Hopefully this week is good news!

July new hire class
 

I got the phone resume review 31 Jan, Hogan email early the following morning. Finished it Thursday, 3 Feb, and got the call to set up an interview on 9 Feb. Interviewed 24 Feb w/July availability, got the CJO for the 12 July light class on 25 March.

Any of you fine Aviators completed your pre requisite requirements and clearances and received an FJO as yet?

I completed my on boarding prerequisites last week, but have yet to hear anything from them.

I think I received the FJO? I completed all the PRIA stuff over a month ago and took the drug screening the week after. Last week I received a request to fill out the W-2 info and signed what looked like a full job offer.

You’ll more likely get an email with a finalization statement and an attached letter with the FJO letter, similar to the below:

”Your clearance process has finalized and you are now officially set to attend the UPS First Officer Training on [ Date ].

Please refer back to your original offer letter regarding class details and hotel reservation information.”

Ok trying to align myself with you guys. Did the PRIA forms etc, drug screening, then received a message to complete the online application on hr.manager. Went back to the site, and there were a bunch of additional items to complete in the "Onboarding section" including W-4 stuff and direct deposit info. Is this what you are referring to or did you physically sign and complete some other forms?
