I was initially told there were two classes by HR (when I got the call prior to receiving the actual CJO letter), one for July 6th and the other July 11th. At the time I wasn't aware of it being heavy or light, or even that there was one on the 12th. That may have changed since then but I chose what was convenient around my commitments.
