Contact for phone screen: Apr 24
Phone screen: Apr 26
Hogan received: Apr 27
Hogan compelted: Apr 28
Contact for zoom interview: Apr 30
Zoom interview: May 20
My availability unfortunatly changed to late in the summer, was told they are looking to fill June and July classes currently and thats all they have dates set up for at the moment. Was advised I would be contacted 6-8 weeks out for a potential class but did not recieve anything saying in a pool. Application still shows pending

The legacies don’t seem as interested in mid-40s highly experienced, but perhaps less moldable, pilots. Especially, if they don’t have a degree. Obviously, the last couple years the hiring was off the charts and bodies were pulled from every pilot demographic in unprecedented numbers. That said, some folks also are less interested in legacy flying. As hiring numbers at the legacies return to “normal”, you will see all the old rules slowly reasserted. Short term, good luck to all of you guys looking to get hired on here.
