Unlike other carriers, the order CJOs are offered in has nothing to do with interview order. Interviewed applicants are racked and stacked on whatever metrics HR likes currently and then CJOs are made. What does this mean for the average applicant? Basically, it just adds a degree of opacity to an already opaque process.

We are way behind the power curve when it comes to covering all the flying the new USPS contract will drive. This means that there is probably a pleasant notification coming for a lot of our applicants. Good luck to all of you!

Nothing a little ‘selling back vacation’ and ‘doing the work of more than one pilot’ can’t take care of.

This may be a silly question but what do people do about transportation while at sim training in Louisville? I live 30 hours away… idk what i feel about driving there.

You should have jumpseat priviliges by the end of your first week of indoc. Transportation to the hotel initially will be on your own dime.
