USPS should be abolished. 90% of what they "ship" is nuisance junk mail, and a security argument exists for hard copy paper bills, credit card offers, etc to be continued to be used in mail, sitting around unlocked mail boxes.

Doesn't matter, it should be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Yeah the USPS is Constitutional but that doesn't mean it's a good idea to have the government run the mail (Franklin was wrong about this one)

If you believe so strongly you can lobby for a Constitutional Amendment to get rid of it. Otherwise, there really is no way for Congress to completely divest itself of the USPS.

Incorrect. The Constitution says the federal government can establish a post office, not that it has to.
