That is very cool. The moon looks so perfect in the photo its almost as if it was photoshopped. Good find on that shot.

Thanks for the props guys!

Yeah, thats the bummer, no detail in the moon. I tried to pull it out during post processing, but couldn't. No "photoshop", just some adjustment for contrast and color. If I had been quicker getting my camera out, I coulda had the moon right over the middle wave. (it even had some moonlight reflecting off of it)

This was in the AM over Northern New Mexico. I though it was really cool untill I saw HSLD's awesome photo of the same phenomenon -
