I was Cfross-Country in the T-38 in March 2008 at Meridian, AL. Rob Collings, son of the the founder of the Collings Foundation, brought it in. He was ferrying it to KEFD.

Nice looking airplane, and a razor-back is rarer than hen's teeth.

(At least, I think it's the same airplane).

That's where I took the photo. What day were you there? I was there with my two kids on the 2nd from noon until about 2. I wish I had a wider lens to get the B-24 and the B-17. I saw the B-24 flying around Westminster on Friday afternoon but didn't have my camera handy.

That's cool that even the restored Merlins have the same effect on the flaps, they provide no hydraulic pressure to keep them up.
