Thanks for the compliments! It was a fun trip.

My partner and I drove through La Jolla during our free time. What a place to own some real estate. One can only dream.

The cliffs shown in picture 3 house a bunch of caves, representing a local kayaking destination.

Picture 15, third in the fifth post, shows underwater tanks or bunkers that I did not notice when we were overflying it. I think they have something having to do with Scripps Underwater Institute. In addition, there is a background reflection from the cockpit of our airplane in that photo.

Sea World San Deigo is shown in this set somewhere, although I am still trying to find it. I am a little worried that Shamu may be dead!

What airport are you are approach too (26L)?

The approach to 28L is MYF - been there.

At the top right of the first photo I see MCAS Miramar. The old Top Gun school back when the Navy was there.
