This has to be photoshop job... There is no way the a/c would be so brighly lit at night... Also, why would it fly so low over Manhattan???

Looks a bit fishy. Would have to coming in to RWY 13 @ LGA, I would think. Rwy 13 is [or was] used primarily for t/o's and RWY 22 for landings when the wind was out of the Southern quadrant. Also for noise abatement, I believe. Too low over Manhattan for JFK. Notice gear position.
