USMC- Yes it is Kingman, Arizona (KIGM). It's a public use airport with no tower. They have a greasy spoon on the field that serves fish tacos; I never had a fish taco before that but they are ok once you get past having a fish in your taco. How they get fresh fish in Arizona is a bit suspect.

Lake Havasu?

I did an airshow in Kingman back in 2008 I think. It was NOT a good experience unfortunately. I doubt that you will see a Hornet demo there for quite some time.
