This is purportedly one of two official engagement photographs of William and Kate. Since I don't know much about photography and Photoshopping, I'll let you guys discuss the nuances of this photo.
Why does the background look so much fuzzier than the two people? Looks like two pics pasted together.

Nothing suspicious about that at all. Low F-stop, creating a very short depth of field.
