It's a Stationair 206H with Keith air conditioning. The circular bump on the nose is space for the A/C compressor. The Keith system leaves much to be desired, but when you have extra onboard electronics it drops the cabin temp a few degrees. The Keith AC system reminds me of add-on air conditioners of the 1960s and 1970s. They were so silly it was funny. They made noise, cost money, sapped power, added weight, dumped water, took up space, decreased economy, and broke after about one year. They had zero effect on occupant comfort and were often removed from the car with a hack saw.
