Wow. Havent seen that one. This is the second ad on the journal attacking the CEO
I'm sure Mr. Buffet will have a "chat" with Mr. Hansell
Berkshire Hathaway has $460+ billion in assets, a market cap of $337 billion, Netjets is only 1.5% of the Berkshire empire, and we're causing this much trouble. Not good

Pretty standard negotiating tactics from any airline/aviation company. The ad is the standard response from the Union groups.
In the end, they usually meet somewhere in the middle.
The Company's threats usually turn out to be empty propaganda.

Among other things, sounds like some hurt feelings on the Netjets pilot side after FLEXFLOPS ordered the new Gucci Jets.... Netjets always had the top-of-the-line aircraft in the industry - until now. Maybe Sokol should have stuck to running commodity energy companies.

Perhaps your criticism of Netjets pilots should be less about their lanyard choice or their desire to picket owners (hint: the audience for both isn't other pilots in the FBO) and stick to the more typical complaints - taking over pilot lounges, blocking the coffee machine, getting priority on fueling and the GPU, etc.
