At some point that won't be the case, however, and it'll take pay/benefits to attract pilots.

What is the time to a line at Endeavor now? I know upgrade is a decade, but for QOL I see nothing more important than a schedule.

Take that quote and look whats been going on in every company. Taking concessions for the hope of new metal. AAG is even looking for concessions at mainline. When someone that says that actually walks the walk, get back to me.

Haha, "As many as we can staff." Same ship, different day. The company's a joke. With all their carrots, they'd be better off selling them at the farmers market.

This is partially true. The 1.5 to 2 year upgrade is only true for the pilots who have no prior 121 time and certain Military/135 time to count towards the 1000 SIC requirement. For those of us who meet the 1000 SIC requirement or have the eligible Military/135 time upgrade is currently at 8-10 months and continues to drop. Currently, new-hire training is about 4 months from start to finish, so you won't be on the line very long before you are right back in upgrade training.
