I interviewed a few places and picked the place that people didn't seem totally miserable at. I figured if the market tanks and I spend a few years here at least I'll have a good group of people stuck with me.

Upgrade time and getting off reserve quick was what I looked at mainly. But it's the aviation industry, the only thing for sure is that you can't plan in the slightest.
