Would you keep your 12 year Mesa 900 CA seat along with the chance of being on RSV every month and having 5 CRJ 700s contractually pulled down in Nov for United with no industry standard contract in sight?.. Rethink your question along with having heavy international time vs having another 5000 hrs of PIC RJ time. Which would you choose ?.. I choose not being a 12 yr CRJ FO making $37 hr thank you. I have taken advantage of 3 type ratings and over 5000 PIC Jet and over 9000 TT and have survived 2 furloughs and keeping my CA seat throughout each one.
