If commuting, seniority will mean more than paycheck. In general, once you go to a widebody, your progression up the ladder slows down or even stagnates. Probably gain more seniority on the 757, especially as we grow the fleet in the next 3 yrs. Being jr and commuting to ANC can be tough.
