Does anyone know the best way to copy and paste a resume into the text box that so many companies require? My resume is a word doc and has some formatting (tables etc) it always gets totally messed up when I copy it into the text box on the website. It would be a real hassle to reformat it after every copy and paste job.

They should just let you upload the file...
