Now that is for carry-on luggage but, if Spirit charges $125 before fees and SWA charges $250 with no fees, Spirit will still be cheaper and not paying the same amount of taxes to the government.

And once again, all these DC Asshats are going to jump in and Re-Regulate what is supposed to be a "Deregulated" industry...so exactly what is "Fair Pricing" anyway? In the eyes of Senators, that means THEY get a free upgrade and pay zero in bag fees, right Senator?
