I did not know API has an office in Toronto. Aviation Personnel International is based in New Orleans with an office in San Francisco. I would think this thread would probably get better response in the corporate or hiring news sections. I can't recall if there have been other threads on API here, but I know they have been discussed on Flightinfo (if you can wade through the other junk there).

Though I have not used them myself, I understand that Jan Barden is one of the premier headhunters for corporate aviation. If you can get on as one of her clients, you will have a powerful asset on your side.

One item of importance: she is a legitimate headhunter that does things the right way--you don't pay a dime other than flying to their interview. The company hiring covers all other expenses.
