You could leave it off the resume, but most airline employers screen applicants based on their online application, not using resumes.

Airline applications WILL ask for your work history, and if you don't include a failed training/termination event on the app you WILL be fired when they find out.

The resume probably won't matter much anyway if we are talking a regional, but if you are applying to 91/135 jobs it might be more relevant.
