Exams4pilots. org has just about all of the faa written tests on there. So if your trying to become and instrument rated commercial balloon pilot, you're in luck

I used this site for my private and commercial. It has most of the supplemental charts as well, but its sometimes easier to have the gleim next to you in order to look at the charts. I'm pretty sure they use the same questions and maps.
