So if you were trying to get on w/a company right now with great work rules, pay etc., you get hired and 3 months in they take huge concessions to save their asses. Do you credit yourself with that? All I'm trying to say, is that basing your choice on projected upgrades is short-sighted. Ask yourself if you can really survive long term on topped out pay & junior reserve.
