Well, many can operate VFR or IFR. Mine you have to be on a filed/activated flight plan, meaning IFR or VFR. Are you refering to strictly VFR ops? There's several scenic tour type's out west that do those, not sure of any names off-hand, but that's where you'd find them. Not sure about Alaska ops, some of them I imagine they do the same.
