I have a friend, I promise lol, that is filling out applications for the regionals and has 1 checkride failure. When they ask you obviously have to put yes and then the number of failures and which one in the "If yes, please explain" box but what else are you supposed to put in there?

Do you put the month and year, the area of operation or task in the pts that was unsat, what exactly you did wrong, how you learned from it? etc.

I know you would go into all of that in the interview if asked but what about the application? Just curious, thanks.
