I love irony.

The McDonald's Coffee case is an amazingly apt metaphor for what occurred at TWA. Unfortunately, the metaphor is 180 degrees (no pun intended) opposite of the point Mr. Karnak thought he was making.

Mr. Karnak, before you try to make a point you really should research the history and facts you attempt to apply in favor of your position. Your credibility will suffer much less if your example supports rather than refutes your argument.
