And RJ Pilot. When I said "cream of the crop" I meant a guy/gal who is on top of their game. (I'm sure you knew that) I guess what I should have said they take the 600 and 100 pilots who are top notch, saftey oriented, etc. at low time. The ones that they know can handle the upgrade from a Seminole to an ERJ. Sorry about the poor terminology...
