Got a quick couple of questions about ExJet. From what I can tell with your comments, ExJet is the place to be. I have a buddy that is an Intern at IAH and says the same. How are the pilots you have flown with? Why should I fly for ExJet (what would you say that would 'sell' me on ExJet?) Sorry for some overzelous questions. I graduate in the spring, and I will be going to Ari Ben to do some time building, and then I will be putting out my Resume. Just looking for some insight from a line-holder.

Also, I may have an opportunity to get on with Colgan flying a Saab fresh out of Ari-Ben. Also with an opportunity to upgrade in about 15 months. At the age of 21, would it be adventagous to suck it up, fly for a regional like ExJet and sit FO for 3 years or more to then upgrade? What do you think?
