Well let's see...my first guess would be the fact that Delta pilots took a massive hit in bankruptcy to SAVE THE AIRLINE FROM LIQUIDATION. Now that Delta is back to being HIGHLY PROFITABLE, Delta management says to the pilots: "A contract is a contract!"
Just one example of the difference between Delta management and SWA management.
