Not true. Many are aware of the pay. Although, I gotta say my take home monthly is right around 3k which isnt bad for 1st yr. FA's know that the regional is a starting block and many know that in the long run it'll pay off. Some FA's just want the title of being a pilots girlfriend, wife or mistress.
