I have been very impressed with the operation so far. Scheduling works with you and management tries to make this place a good place to work. This is all in my opinion.

I also could have gone to Colgan or Great Lakes for the quick upgrade but i chose XJET mostly because its a good company and based in IAH. I am 24, Married with a 9 month old little boy so i really couldnt go out and make 15 bucks an hour at Lakes and Colgan probably wouldnt have been a bad job for the short term but i was hired in the middle of the hiring spree xjet had so it worked out pretty good. For me its all about QOL. And you can make pretty good cash here at xjet if you decide to hang around here. Do i want to stay here forever? No i want to move on to something bigger but this job fits great for me. To each his own.
Not to get personal, and ask people what they make; but you mentioned you are in your first year. What can a first year FO at ExJet look to make vs. second year, and what would a first year CA be looking at?

I've looked at the pay rates on this site, but I realize other factors, such as flying over the guarantee, per diem, etc., factor into it, and most people make more than simply calculating the hourly pay and guarantee. Just curious.
