I went to KSU, though that was back in '99-01. I enjoyed the program back then. Since you've visited Salina, you no doubt noticed it's a small town. I'm from SoCal, but I enjoyed living there.

One thing you might consider is the weather. No doubt the MI winter is brutal and I'm sure they have special procedures they follow, and KS has tough winters as well, but the KS nastiness probably won't last as long, which means you should be able to fly more out of the year. Just a thought. WMU is a very good school, however....they always whooped us at the SAFECON events.
