I'm not affiliated with any of their colleges that they do preferential hiring from, however.
are you PIC in the KA200? and if you aren't, how are you logging it? do you have a CE500 SIC type? (if it exists knowing that its a single pilot operated aircraft)
my suggestion; keep building time, you're 100 hours and change out of the training environment, gets some GOOD experience instructing, or building more time somewhere...possibly the 135 world,
either way the only way to tell if they'll bite is to apply...
