Ok I agree with the NH-NF when j/s for a specfic trip even if assigned on reserve. But if you were j/s to start an R day I believe the NH-NF does not apply (I hope I'm wrong). I take it you have used NH-NF on the above senario?

Unfortuately I agree that crime is on the increase south of Winchester on Hacks Cross .
