Past performance is not a guarantee of future success. 10 years ago Delta led with wages, and at this moment it's Southwest. 10 years from now the picture will likely be different. My hope is that all pilot wages increase as pilot availability decreases.
Seniority is #1 on my list, and upward mobility. In the next 15 years 8,000 DAL pilots will retire, giving me a lot of options. Pilot contracts are under negotiation right now for AA & UA, and will be for DAL soon...that'll be a good indication of the future.
BTW, my CEO makes more than your CEO! Oh, wait, that may not be something to be proup of.
Seriously, this proposed list will likely lead to a lot of future animosity with guys you'll fly with the rest of your career.
