They'll continue to limp through the summer with low staffing and when flying rolls back in the fall, they will say they will not need to hire as much because the demand is not there.
According to the bid, there was additional flying in 2012. But if I was a betting man, I'd say somebody was told to get some more warm bodies on the call list in time for the holidays. You know.....cold and flu season.
