Flying is great, and being a pilot rocks. Your right, LM's and pilots are both on the same team...we fly in the same plane to serve the same mission. We have plenty of pilots, but not enough LM's to fill the ranks. We are suffering, and it's taking it's toll on all of us. I cannot, and will not, leave until we get more members in this section. While I'd love to be a pilot, I will always stand firm with my belief that the needs of the unit comes first. And right now, it needs LM's more than it needs pilots. If you find the ground pounders who want LM slots...send them our way we need them. Maybe oneday...
