LAX might be the most senior RJ FO base we have, Fresno on the other hand is somewhat junior on the FO side. I've never met anybody who got on with less than 1,000 hours (sans CRJ time). It coulda happened, but even the most nepotistic hiring didn't include low time guys....FWIW
