Now i know that in the past, omni hired piston propeller guys, now all of the sudden 121 experience Turboprop drivers are not good enough. Honestly is it the kind of airplane you fly that defines the kind of pilot you are these days???

I'm not sure how true this is, in the past 6 months there have been 5 Commute Air guys to be hired. 2 of which just got hired and haven't even started class yet.
