I have asked many times if ALPA national ever tried to interfere in our contract talks. The answer was always never. Alpa is a associations. DALPA is my union. The vast majority of pilots doing union work return to the line to work under the agreements they help complete.
Wait a minute. I thought that we used highly skilled (and compensated) negotiators (lawyers) from national in our negotiations (i.e. professional negotiators). If these professionals never once tried to interfere, then why do we use them, pay them and profess their greatness?
