Goodness, are you with management. You surely sounds like one that nobody likes. Mr 740i, you need to have the ability to look at all prospectives. If i take away all your type ratings and your multiple hours flying jets around and send you out in the field to go get a job so someone can say "your Tprop time doesn't count" how would you feel. Remember that just because you feel like you comfortable with the job you have now, does not mean your company can't go belly up in the next ten years, and you could be seeking employment at a place where i can be the guy that can help you land an interview.
