The NBAA will generate the salary review as reported by employers and not employees and is broken down into a/c weight categories, type of business etc. but with no mention of specific a/c types. My understanding is you have to pay an additional $200 and NBAA will send it to you. I've been looking at these numbers for the last few years and they have consistently been lower than the ones shown in Pro Pilot.
Ive been trying to figure out what the disparity is but I just dont see it. The easiest conclusion would be that pilots are fudging their pay on the high side but I dont really see why anyone would lie about their income on an anonymous survey - but who knows.
