No. They're talking about the dysfunctional legal quagmire that is ALPA. But I know you know that.

Yes, because they are an independent law firm that commits to viciously defending their clients. In contrast, ALPA lawyers defend whatever group might ultimately bring ALPA more members, even if they have to defend a group that are NOT THEIR CLIENTS. This is not my opinion. A jury just handed down this exact verdict in the TWA case.
