My understanding is that all it takes is 50% + 1 of our pilot group to vote for the change. I don't think the company has any say so at all. Interesting, though, that the company has been doing everything they can to throw roadblocks in front of DPA.
Seems the company is pretty happy with ALPA. I guess from the company's point of view... they want to keep pilot costs low and ALPA seems all too eager to cooperate. Sounds like a match made in heaven.
