Vacation 24 days per year allocated in 2 equal periods as outlined in pilot's contract.
Insurance International Medical Insurance through Aetna Global for the Crew and the eligible dependents. HCF and Overseas Insurance for Australian Citizens.
Sick Leave Accrue 1 day per 2 full months for a maximum accrual of 12 days.
Retirement Voluntary 401K plan.
Work Schedule Expect 5 weeks duty in Japan (includes a minimum of 5 days free duty), then 12 consecutive days off. 70 hour guaranteed per month, max 100 hours in 30 days. Premium rates applied for hours in excess of 70 hours.
Travel Benefits Reduced travel rates available for Crew on Star Alliance carriers and on All Nippon Airways.
