Nothing would make me happier than for other major to put a cap on large turboprops. It's ridiculous to me that some don't care about turboprop scope.
This is especially needed for the Q-400, that is one dangerous aircraft since it is just about as fast as jets. Management can only do so much with an ATR since they are slower, but who knows what the French will do in the future, they could redesign the thing to go faster. Always good to future proof your contract.
