It's a first contract at a supplemental non-sked. Expecting Delta rates (or any other carrier with a mature contract) is just plain unrealistic and silly. Not much else to it.

I just attended the first road show, and strongly recommend that every member in good standing do the same. Good Q&A, and a lot of "behind the scenes" information on how certain parts of the contract were negotiated and derived.
