Are you hired as a street captain? I have worked for 2 other companies that had vague language in the contract and the company plays nicely while everything is fresh in the minds of the pilots and company, but after a little while the companies memory of the intent gets a little fuzzy because it was not spelled out specifically what can and cannot be done. IF we dont tighten up the language and get a better deal out of this ta we will be screwed.
