Really? You sound like you have it all figured out. So the best option for those guys is what? Finish flight school and apply to Fedex, SWA, and DAL because thats where they really want to work right?

I don't know where you work (Doesn't matter really) but the majors gave up that flying and the problem started here and it is our job to stop the leak. People are not going to quit their job and stop feeding their kids because its better for your QOL.
